During the recent Master Innholders’ ‘Hoteliers – Battered But Not Beaten’ event, Prince Charles delivered a message to the hospitality industry. Citing the industry as one of the country’s greatest success stories, he referenced the fact that it may also have been taken for granted.
As the UK’s third-largest employer, the sector provides work for 3.2 million, from front of house to suppliers working tirelessly behind the scenes and we are all looking forward to the day when the industry is once again fully operational.
