Interesting article on how digital guest experiences, sustainability and technology are going to shape the hotel of the future. Over 300 people have come together globally to participate in the latest Hotel of Tomorrow project.
While testing new conceptual ideas with over 70,000 travellers, the aim of the study was to explore these ideas to maximise the experience of the hotel guest well into the future, from ‘choose your room’ features to using holograms. The guest experience and hotel surroundings will ultimately evolve, and we will continue to work with our suppliers and customers to support this as they transition.
