Adding additional outdoor seating to drive revenue
On behalf of our client Hawthorn’s, we implemented a courtyard scheme and a front garden scheme at this pub.
The scheme was designed to deliver an additional 115 seats to external seating capacity ahead of the COVID reopening deadline. The works included festoon lights, external TV, a seating area, heating, new furniture, feature walls, jumbrellas, twinkly lights, planting, and decorations.
