A complete refit of a retail space.
Another successful refurbishment for the White Stuff. Working within the constraints of a busy shopping centre to deliver this flagship store, this 6-week project involved the strip out of existing fixtures and fittings and alterations to the existing layout with new stud wall partitions, forming a new rear store layout, feature rear wall and new changing rooms. Along with installing stockroom storage on the rear mezzanine floor.
At the rear we constructed a raised floor to the due to differences in height. As well as new oak engineered flooring, we patched the main sales floor where pieces were missing due to previous wall and fixture removal. We made alterations to the existing HVAC system, as well as new lighting and improvements and alterations to the existing electrical installation.
