A new client concept in retail.
Another new customer to the CIC roster. Working closely with AMD Architects and the Landlords we delivered a new “White Box” concept for the client. The project was the partial refitting of an empty retail unit to help secure a new tenant by delivering a unit that is “ready to go” in that it had refitted heating and ventilation, lighting, built changing rooms, new oak engineered flooring to the sales area and all electrics had been upgraded. Finally, the unit was decorated in white ready for occupancy, leading to the term “White Box.” The White Box was ready for any tenant to just brand the unit in their sales and display systems and signage, reducing the timescale to deliver a live store.
