The interior and exterior refurbishment and remodelling of an historic inn.
After years of lying empty CIC has recently totally refurbished the Grade II listed White Hart Ampthill on behalf of Punch Taverns and Oakman Inns. The project included extensive remodelling of the bar and dining areas to create more covers, installation of a gallery kitchen, as well as creating an outside dining and drinking area.
The Stables Bar was also remodelled to create a stylish function room. The works were completed within a very tight timescale with more works being added to the original scope, without moving the opening date back!
