Creating a contemporary interior for a traditional family-run pub.
CIC undertook extensive structural works to transform the layout of this Charles Wells pub into a workable open plan social space. Originally the toilets were located directly inside the front door, creating a traditional public and lounge bar format. As part of the refurbishment CIC knocked down the toilets, installing extensive steel work, to create a new open space.
The refurbishment included external decoration and signage, a feature stencilled wall, decoration, electrical works and the creation of a disabled toilet.
