Attracting extra customers with a fabulous refurbishment and extension.
On behalf of Oakman Inns & Restaurants Ltd, CIC undertook the refurbishment and extensions works to The Akeman in Tring.
CIC extended the property by knocking through to a shop they had acquired next door, and completed this with an extension across the back. This new space was refurbished to a high standard with an open cook line and wood burning pizza oven. We also introduced a new feature bar area within the exposed brickwork of the listed building.
The project exhibits some fabulous features using a mixture of natural timber, slate and marble against zinc and copper bar tops, keeping the bare, natural walls of the listed building in place.
