CIC refurbished the live trade area of this busy Manchester hotel. The refurbishment included the reception area, bar, lounge, restaurant and all the meeting spaces, transforming the public areas of the hotel into a modern contemporary environment.

Works were extensive and included some minor building works, plastering, decoration throughout, new lighting schemes new reception counters and the introduction of new slatted walls and a more practical breakfast server.
