Complete overhaul of a run down community pub
Working with Admiral Taverns we undertook a much-needed refurbishment of this unloved village pub. Having been closed for a while, it took our site team over week to clear the pub to allow work to start!
With a relaunch and rename planned for 6 weeks’ time, the race was on to transform this pub and its gardens. The whole pub refurbishment included all the trade areas, accommodation, external areas, and outside spaces including a full rewire.
We also craned in a shipping container to convert to a pizza servery, wash up area and bar with a back fitting whilst cladding the outside in reclaimed timber.
The external area had under cover dining area constructed from wood with a tin roof, lighting and heaters and TV were also installed throughout. We then created new grassed and hard standing paved areas.
