A transformation to improve efficiency.
This Holiday Inn already had an open lobby but required some alterations to make the space more effective. CIC undertook structural works including removing a fountain, building a media centre with raised seating, connectivity and upgrading the food counter. The project involved electrical work, joinery, decoration and flooring within the reception, lobby, bar and restaurant areas. All the works were carried out in a live environment, with the works split into 3 phases to meet the client’s trading requirements.
