CIC were appointed to implement the new “open lobby” concept for this Holiday Inn, which includes a Marco Pierre White restaurant. The trade areas where restructured and refurbished to form a new bar in a central atrium. New reception pods were installed, along with folding doors onto a new decked area, the introduction of feature walls, decoration, a new mains board and multiple floor coverings. The hotel remained trading throughout the refurbishments.
