Successful student accommodation reburb, to a tight schedule.
CIC returned to the Royal Holloway University to refurbish the 3 x student accommodation blocks, during the summer closure.
The bedrooms, shared areas, and kitchens were redecorated. The kitchens were replaced and ancillary electric and plumbing works completed. The project ran to a tight schedule, due to the holiday period, but the blocks were completed and handed over on time.
