A full refurbishment to increase footfall.
Another large and exciting project for our client Oakman Inns & Restaurants Ltd. The full refurbishment project lasted 14 weeks and included reconfiguring the trade areas to increase footfall and creating a new kitchen.
The project involved some major structural works to change floor levels within the trade areas, cellar and kitchen as well as roof works and relocating the toilets to the 1st floor. The bar and back bar were also relocated. We carried out all the required electrical and plumbing work throughout, and once stripped out, new flooring was installed and the area fully decorated, including the application of brick slips.
