Improving member experience and driving revenue
Appointed to refurbish the members areas of the clubhouse, CIC have transformed this clubhouse into a modern facility, improving the customer experience, while maximising the opportunity to drive further revenue for the club.
The clubhouse remained open throughout the works, which included a full refurbishment of the bar areas, converting a committee room into new gents’ toilets and the conversion of the members TV lounge into a swing room. The refurbishment included new lighting, floor coverings, decoration throughout, structural works, remodelling the bar, installing acoustic folding doors to allow areas to be separated successfully and the design and installation of a double-sided trophy cabinet.
CIC were then invited back for a 3rd time to implement improvements to the exterior including the renovation of an existing terrace overlooking the golf course.
