From strip out to chic in just 8 weeks.
CIC undertook a demanding programme to refurbish 7 floors of the Clayton Hotel in Chiswick. We carried the work out in 4 phases, over an 8 week period. We refurbished 122 bedrooms, which included 12 executive rooms.
Each room required complete strip out, upgraded electrics, carpeting and decoration. The decoration was challenging as the scheme retained the existing switch plates. The bathrooms underwent minor improvements.
