The stunning interior and exterior transformation of a popular community pub.
On behalf of Charles Wells Pubs, CIC completely revitalised the Brim and Crown in Luton with some stunning new features. This included a completely new front bar and back bar, relocating the servery area. There were some challenging structural alterations and remodelling of areas to allow for a new pool table and darts area, as well as new lobbies and screens to be put in.
We completed a full internal refurbishment, as well as the external works which included decoration and signage works to the exterior, with a new raised decking area and smoking shelter.
