Tired town centre pub given new lease of life.
This listed tired town centre pub needed a refresh and a review of the layout to make the pub more versatile. Although due to being listing the extent of works were limited, we came up with a scheme that involved swapping the ladies and gents toilets and adding further space to the new ladies’ toilets by utilising unneeded corridor space. The result was a great new look along with an increased capacity for both the gents and ladies’ toilets. Other works included a new back bar, refurbishment of the existing front bar, decoration of the trade areas and new wood flooring.
