Celebrating the King's Coronation With Extended Opening Hours
The news that the Government has agreed on an extension to licensing hours over the King’s Coronation weekend in May will provide another boost to the hospitality industry. From Friday 5th until Sunday 7th May, pubs will be able to remain open until 1 am to mark the community events and celebrations which are set to take place over the Bank Holiday weekend.
While sitting outside in the sunshine may not feel appealing while we are in the midst of a cold and grey winter, May will quickly come around and hospitality venues need to be thinking about their outside spaces to ensure that they are ready for the busy weekend. Having the right outdoor space, with lighting, comfortable seating and heaters can add a fantastic revenue stream and ensure every space is maximised to drive footfall.
