CLC Roadmap to Recovery
This week saw the launch of the Construction Leadership Council’s (CLC) Roadmap to Recovery to drive the recovery of the sector following the Covid-19 pandemic. The three phases of the plan, Restart, Reset and Reinvent will be delivered over a period of two years and incorporates all elements of the industry, including those within the supply chain. While illustrating how the sector can recover from recent events, the Roadmap provides a clear plan not only on how to get the industry back on its feet but make it more productive, financially viable and sustainable in the long term
