CIC announce 33% growth in workforce

CIC is delighted to announce that business continues to thrive, and we have grown our workforce by 33% in just over a year.

 

Key appointments have included new Project Managers, Account Manager, Site Managers, and Project Co-ordinators who are driving business into new sectors while maintaining and strengthening our long-standing relationships within the hospitality, education, and golfing sectors.

 

Our people continue to underpin our success and, as a result of a strong and healthy pipeline of work, we are looking to increase our headcount further as we enter the second half of the year.

 

So far this year we have continued to focus on working with our loyal clients, which has included embarking on large-scale refurbishments with Holiday Inn Aylesbury, The Dalata Hotel Group and updating pubs with leading pub companies such as Admiral Taverns and Oakman Inns.

 

Our success in the golf club and education sectors continues to grow and we are delighted that our work in previously untapped sectors, particularly with retail chains, is prospering. During the latter part of the year, we hope to also announce a further move into the care sector.

 

We continue to live by our philosophy of ‘CIC – doing what we do best’ and this is certainly holding us in good stead, however, it is our people and their attitude to their work that drives our continued growth and success, and we look forward to announcing new appointments soon.
