Their dedication and expertise are at the heart of everything we do, from ensuring projects run smoothly to keeping budgets on track and amplifying our message through marketing.
Last year, Tracy, one of our amazing Project Coordinators, celebrated 25 years with CIC! A fantastic milestone and a true testament to the strength of our team.
One of the reasons so many of the women in our company have stayed with us for so long is the flexibility and support we’ve built into our culture. Trying to get them all in the same place for a group picture was a challenge in itself!
