Improving staff facilities.
Located in Canary Wharf, Third Space Gym, provides high quality fitness and leisure facilities to it’s client base. The operations team identified space within the site – an old golf driving range – that could be better used to provide staff training and welfare facilities.
The refurbishment was a planned programme of phased works that included spraying the ceiling black, new flooring, decorating including the application of vinyl wallpaper, installation of storage for staff’s bags and clothing, and new AV.
In the training room we built a raised stage with audio, installed dimmable lighting along with seating for 40 people and refreshment facilities. The old staff locker room and treatment room were altered to provide a new larger staff and relaxation room which also included refreshment facilities.
