CIC’s largest ever refurbishment project successfully delivered.
The £2.5 million project, at The Dalata Clayton Hotel, Manchester Airport, comprised of the refurbishment of several floors of the executive tower, a total of 149 bedrooms, all meeting and events areas, corridors, 3 crew chillout rooms, case goods and the replacement of all soft furnishings.
We delivered a full end to end service which will thoroughly showcase the breadth of our capabilities. From the outset of the project, which lasted 23 weeks, we worked in partnership with owners, Dalata Hotel Group Plc and we even handed back one of the phases early!
