A large scale kitchen alteration project to extend and improve a trade kitchen.
We were delighted to be asked back, once again, to the Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport by our client Dalata Hotel Group, to carry out a 3-month trade kitchen alteration project to expand and refurbish the space. The works were extensive and included the removal of the concrete floor, structural work, internal doors, all electrical and mechanical work, including ventilation and waste and white rock installation.
