Internal & External Refurbishment.
The Musgrave Arms in Shillington was another great project for our client Admiral Taverns. We carried out a month long external and internal refurbishment. Externally we erected a new pergola, rope fencing, and festoon lighting, as well as installing fixed seating and sleepers. Redecoration to rendering, repairs to doors and windows, and a general tidy-up completed the works.
Internally the toilets were refurbished to include new boarding to walls, full decoration, new vinyl, retiling, and electrical works. The trade areas were fully redecorated, the existing bar stripped, stained, and resealed, and a new back bar fitted.
