We specialise in refurbishing hotels whilst they remain trading. Good site management, careful programming, robust health and safety processes and a strong onsite team help us deliver great projects for our clients. Over a six-month period, we carried out a major refurbishment at the Holiday Inn Aylesbury, where we refurbished 139 rooms across a programme of 4 phases.
Each room was recarpeted and decorated, and we installed the client supplied goods including the lights, furniture, mirrors, artwork and beds. We also upgraded the air con throughout. The bathrooms were refurbished, and the corridors were transformed with new ceilings, flooring, doors, and ironmongery.
