Creation of higher-spec suites.
We returned to this popular hotel to refurbish 12 of their bedrooms to create higher-spec suites.
The existing flooring was stripped out, and new vinyl flooring was installed as well as new case goods. The rooms were decorated, and electrical work completed. The finished rooms look great and have some amazing views of the city!
We also refurbished part of the hotel’s restaurant. This project involved the removal of a seating area, converting it into a coffee station and juice bar. Additionally, we also installed a new waiter station and a moveable meet and greet facility.
