Major refurbishment of third floor bedrooms.
We really enjoyed this major refurbishment of the 3rd-floor bedrooms at the Clayton Hotel, Birmingham. We refurbished 40 rooms and 4 suites. The programme of work included repairs to ceilings and architraves, electrical works, installing new sanitary-ware and decorating the bathrooms, preparation of floors for new vinyl, decoration throughout and the reinstallation of fixtures and fittings.
