CIC strengthens management team with appointment of Howard Thomas

Creative Interior Contracts has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Howard Thomas as Operations Director.

Bringing a wealth of industry experience and contacts to the CIC team, Howard will head up the company’s Northern Office while overseeing CIC’s UK wide operations.

CIC is renowned within the full breadth of the hospitality and education sectors for delivering, and project managing, high-quality refurbishment projects. The recent lock-down period gave the company, which has been in operation for over two decades, time to reassess processes and objectives to ensure it was in a healthy, invigorated position to facilitate customer needs.

Howard’s appointment has been a significant step forward in this approach.

Throughout his career, which includes over 20 years with the Paragon Group and Barlows, Howard has specialised in design and building within the retail and hospitality sectors, amassing a strong network of industry contacts. And his connections within the refurbishment supply chain is set to compliment CIC resources.

“There are many synergies between CIC and Howard’s successes within the industry and we are delighted to have him on board,” comments Andy Teague, Director at CIC. “Since March, we have taken the opportunity to give our business a health check to ensure that, when the time is right for our customers, we are ready to react and facilitate their requests as an even stronger team. Howard’s appointment has been a pivotal and extremely positive part of this.”

Howard comments: “CIC has a strong reputation within the industry, and I am thrilled to be joining the team. I am relishing the opportunity to work with such a broad range of customers, and offering them the benefit of my experience, while I look forward to the many positive outcomes this partnership will yield.”
