6 month refurbishment project begins
We are delighted to have started on site at the Holiday Inn Aylesbury. Over the next 6 months, we will be refurbishing 139 rooms including the bathrooms and corridors, across a programme of 4 phases managed by our Site Manager, Victor. The refurbishment mirrors the concept previously rolled out at the Holiday Inn, Eastleigh.
Our work includes:
- New carpets and decorations throughout rooms and corridors.
- New ceilings fitted throughout corridors
- New double and single doors through the corridors inlcuding all new ironmongery
- An upgrade of some sanitaryware to some bathrooms – new taps, toilet seats, shower screens, bath panels, showers, basins, baths and vanity units.
- The fitting of new case goods in each room, new wardrobes, headbaords, desks, TV panels.
- Installation of new lights
- Installation of sofa beds and beds
- Fitting of new mirrors & artwork
- Upgrade of air-con throughout
