Strength in Partnership, Prepared for the Future
As we reach the end of 2025, it feels fitting to take a moment to reflect on a year of continued growth, challenge and collaboration. In times of economic pressure, rising costs, inflationary challenges and tightening margins across the sectors we serve, our clients have shown remarkable resilience. At CIC, we fully recognise the ongoing pressures our clients face, and we’ve remained committed to helping them achieve the right solutions for their spaces, budgets and long‑term goals.
This year has reaffirmed what we’ve always believed: that real value comes not just from delivering a project, but from partnering with clients to navigate complexity and deliver spaces that work harder. Whether working with pub operators, hotel groups, golf clubs, retailers or schools, our focus has been on enhancing existing environments in ways that make sense operationally, sustainably, visually and commercially.
We are proud of the long‑standing partnerships we continue to enjoy. Clients such as Admiral Taverns and Dalata Hotel Group have placed their trust in CIC year after year. That longstanding confidence is something we never take for granted, and it speaks to the strength of collaboration and consistency of delivery that lie at the heart of how we work.
At the same time, 2025 has been a year of expanding relationships and broadening the scope of our work. Alongside our core sectors of hospitality and leisure, we’ve been delighted to have increasingly supported retailers and education environments this year with projects that enhance usability and reflect evolving needs. Our work at Compass Community School Fen Park is a great example of how a sensitive, well-planned renovation can create safe, calm and supportive environments tailored to the needs of young learners. Likewise, the work at Woodbridge Golf Club, including the installation of an accessibility lift and reimagined member areas, reflects how careful renovation can create more inclusive, functional and welcoming environments.
Internally, the past year has also been one of growth and reflection. We’ve welcomed several new members to the CIC team to strengthen our delivery capabilities and ensure we continue to offer the high level of service our clients expect. We’ve taken time to refine how we work so that, even in a busy year, our execution remains efficient, responsive and client‑centric.
None of this would be possible without the dedication of the CIC team and the support of our clients, partners and suppliers. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re energised by the opportunities to continue enhancing spaces, solving complex challenges and helping our clients deliver environments that serve their communities and businesses well into the future.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey this year. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and every success in the year to come.
