An updated kitchen layout with new flooring, drainage and electrical updates.
The programme of works at this Dalata Hotel Group property involved changes to the kitchen layout and a new AHU on the roof, which was craned in and linked to the hotel's existing BMS. Once the kitchen was stripped out, we laid a new resin floor, made drainage and electrical alterations, installed a new ceiling and then fitted a combination of old and new kitchen.
