Elevating guest experience through a twenty seven apartment refurbishment in the heart of London.
It's always great to work with new clients. Leonardo Hotels initially awarded CIC two apartment refurbishment projects in London. The first involved the refurbishment of 27 apartments, which included the bedrooms, living rooms, and en-suites.
Works included new flooring, repairs to the wardrobes, decoration throughout, new splashbacks, headboards, bedside tables, and window treatments. Electrical works included decorative lighting, cover plates for all electrical outlets, socket alterations, and LEDs for the headboards.
Each ensuite had to be stripped out, and a structure for the shower created before new shower trays, sanitaryware, shower enclosures, showers and vanity units were fitted, along with electrical adaptations for illuminated wall lights and shaving sockets and LED lighting to vanity units. Tiling, decoration and new flooring completed the works.
