Preparing to meet pent-up conference demand

Pent-up conference demand is set to impact the market. With restrictions set to ease on 19th July, corporate meeting planners are preparing themselves for a return to in-person meetings and events. Since March last year, meetings have largely taken place in the digital realm, and there is now a pent-up demand for a return to face-to-face interactions.

Any hospitality venue with a meeting and event space needs to safeguard its business and be fully prepared to meet this demand. From ensuring that they have a meticulous health and safety plan in place, to refreshing an area that may well have sat dormant for over a year. Also, with many businesses now taking a more ‘hybrid’ approach to meetings, combining both in-person and virtual elements, it’s vital that space is integrated with the right technology.

Creative Interior Contracts have worked with many hotels, pubs and sporting venues to refresh, refurbish, and in some cases repurpose their conference and events areas, helping to bring in additional revenue.
